  BARTON UV-C photolysis oxygen system

  The BARTON UV-C&OZONE system cuts off the molecular chains of active double-stranded fatty substances by use of strong UV-C ultraviolet rays (254nm), making them vulnerable to be attacked; at the same time, it oxidizes alcohols, esters, aldehydes, benzene and other molecules in the smell into harmless substances such as water vapor and carbon dioxide under the ozone photolysis and oxidation action (185nm), which are finally discharged along the air duct exhaust system. The two modes of action simultaneously react to remove fume and odor in the kitchen. The original UV lamp are certified on conformity to IP-69 and has an extended service life and higher efficiency.

  Efficient mechanical grease filter D-HEF

  The efficient mechanical grease filter D-HEF, featuring double cyclone separation technology based on invention patent, is UL certified, and has won the NSF (National Sanitation Foundation) certification in terms of safety and health. D-HEF can completely isolate the direct light source of strong UV-C ultraviolet rays, and effectively separate fume particles larger than 10μm in diameters, with a removal efficiency up to 90%. The unique vertical up-and-down non-blocking design structure with double air exhaust can avoid the risk of increasing the wind resistance of the filter due to uncleaned for a long time.

  Low-speed fresh air supply system

  It has been verified by CFD flow analysis that the honeycomb hole design of the fresh air supply panel can evenly replace and supplement the air supply, further improving the efficiency of fume exhaust and the comfort in kitchen.

  The high-quality LED lighting system with high luminous efficiency and high color rendering index features stable operation with low energy consumption and a high low-voltage safety factor, as well as an extended service life thanks to its good heat dissipation performance. Due to flicker-free function, it is more beneficial to health of eyesight. The brightness and illuminated area under the light shield with high light transmittance are more friendly to the chef's work. Optional sStrip light and, down light are available as options.

  It can accurately and effectively measure the static pressure of the exhaust chamber in real time to calculate the exhaust volume.

  Intelligent control box

  The intelligent control box is characterized by the functions of LCD touch screen control, equipment switch start and stop and plug and play. Each control box controls 10 sections of hood, and the lighting system and UV-C system of each section are individually controlled. The single UV-C lamp is featured with service time display, fault alarm and cleaning maintenance prompt; lighting system failure and replacement prompt, automatic detection function for other fault, and maintenance log record.

  Humanized security protection

  For humanized security protection, Dirk always pays great attention to safety and equips its UV system with a triple installation protection mechanism:
  Ⅰ The UV will automatically shut down when the light barrier is removed;
  Ⅱ The UV will automatically shut down when the UV access port is opened;
  Ⅲ The UV cannot be turned on when the exhaust fan is not turned on or the air pressure detector fails to detect the exhaust air pressure
